⇒ c/a = 2

    Assuming a = 1

⇒ c / 1 = 2

∴    c = 2

Now a = 1 , b = 3 and c = 2

So the required quadratic polynomial will be

                            = ax² + bx + c

                            = (1)x² + (3)x + 2

                            = x² + 3x + 2
