α+β= 0+(-10/3) = -10/3

αβ = 0 * -10/3 = 0

the required Quadratic equation

x^2-(α+β)x+αβ=0

x^2+ 10/3x + 0 =0

i.e. x^2+10/3x = 0

3x^2 + 10x = 0
