Alpha = 2 & Beta = -3/2

Alpha +Beta = 2 + (-3/2)

= 1/2

Alpha×Beta = 2 × (-3/2)

= -3

Therefore, required quadratic polynomial is: x^2 -(alpha+beta) × x + (alpha × beta)

=x^2-(1/2)x + (-3)

=2x^2 - x - 3
