we know that the polynomial having the zeroes a and b is written as

x {}^{2} - (a + b)x + ab = 0

where (a+b)is the sum of zeroes and ab is the product of zeroes

now ....

according to the given problem the sum of zeroes is =21/3 and product is =5/16

therefore the quadratic polynomial is

 = > x {}^{2} - \frac{21}{3} x + \frac{5}{16} = 0 \\ = > 48x {}^{2} - 336 x + 15 = 0
