Answer:

We have

sum of zeros= -5/3

product of zeros= -2/3

so, required quadratic polynomial is

k[x²-(sum of zeros)x+product of zeros]

where k is a constant

=k[x²-(-5/3)x+(-2/3)]

=k[x²+5x/3-2/3]

=k[3x²+5x-2/3]

taking k=3

=3[3x²+5x-2/3]

=3x²+5x-2
