Here let two zeroes are a and b.
a+b=0
ab= - 4 root 3
quadratic polynomial =x square - (a+b) x+ab
=x square - 4 root 3

=>k[x^2 -0x + (-4root3)]
=> k(x^2-0 -4root3)
