x²-x(alpha+beta)+(alpha×beta)given zeroes = 1 and -3

putting the given valueabove

x²-x(-3+1)+(-3×1)

x²-x(-2)+(-3)

x²+2x-3

  • therefore solution the Quadratic polynomial is x²+2x-3

now verify relationship between the cofficient sum of zeroes alpha+beta=-b/a

-3+1=-(2)/1

-2=-2 RHS=LHS

product of zeroes

alpha×beta=c/a

-3×1=-3(1)

-3=-3RHS=LHS

hence the relationship between the cofficient verified
