sum of zeros =2/3+-5/7=-1/21

product of zeros =10/21

quadratic polynomial =x^2-(sum of the zeros )x+product of zeros
= x^2-(-1/21)x+(10/21)
= x^2+1/21x+10/21

Step-by-step explanation:

Solution:-

As the zeroes are given, i.e., 7 and -5.

∴ Sum of roots =7+(−5)=7−5=2

Product of roots =7×(−5)=−35

As we know that, a quadratic polynomial whose xeroes are given can be represented as-

x

2

−(sum of roots)x+product of roots=0

⇒x

2

−(2)x+(−35)=0

⇒x

2

−2x−35=0

Hence, the polynomial is x

2

−2x−35=0.
