Step-by-step explanation:

to make quadratic polynomial :- K[x^2- ( sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes ].

two zeroes are given which is 2 and 1/3

now

to make quadratic polynomial we need to find sum of zeroes and product of it .

so, sum of square is = - b /a = 2+ 1/3 = -7/3

product = c/a = 2× 1/3 = 2/3

to make quadratic polynomial

K[ x^2 -(-7/3)x + 2/3 ].

K [ x^2 + 7/3x + 2/3 ].

now to remove denominator 3. we will take K as 3.

then ,

3x^2 + 7x + 2

hence it a quadratic polynomial.

I hope you have understood.
