x^2-x(a+b)+ab=0

x^2-x(2+(-3/5))+2×-3/5=0

x^2-x(-13/5)-6/5=0

x^2+13/5x-6/5=0

multiply the equation by 5

5(x^2+13/5x-6/5)=0

5x^2+13-6=0
