a= -2 and b= 7/3
quadratic polynomial=k[ x2- (a+b)x+ (ab)]
                                    =k[x2 -(-2+7/3)x+(-2*7/3)]
                                   = k[x2-1/3x-14/3]
                 let k=3 since the denominator is 3
             then polynomial is 3x2-x-14
