given that the two zeroes are 5+√3 and 5-√3.

formula to form quadratic equation :
x { }^{2} - ( \alpha + \beta )x + \alpha \beta
putting the value of alpha and beta in the formula gives :

x2-(5+√3+5-√3)+(5+√3)(5-√3)
x2-(10)x+(25-3)
so , the equation formed is x2-10x+22
