 {x}^{2}   - 2 \sqrt{2} x - 7 = 0

This is the required quadratic equation.

let the polynomial be ax²+bx+c

as we know the relation between coefficients and zeroes of polynomial

i.e. x1+x2=-b/a and x1x2=c/a

so here, -b/a=2√2

and c/a= -7

hence, the polynomial is x²-2√2x-7
