Heya !!!

Sum of zeroes = ( -3 ) + (-5) = -8

And,

Product of zeroes = ( -3 ) × (-5) = 15

Therefore,

Required quadratic polynomial = X²-(Sum of zeroes)X + Product of zeroes

=> X² - (-8)X + 15

=> X² + 8X + 15
