sum of roots =5/3+(-3/2)

=10-9/6

= 1/6

product of roots= 5/3*(-3/2)

=-5/2

x^2-(sum of roots )x+(product of roots)

x^2-x/6+(-5/2)

x^2-x/6-5/2
