let the quadratic equation be
x^2 + bx +c=0

Sum of roots = -b =2
=> b = -2

Product of roots = c= -3

So equation is

x^2 - 2x - 3=0

the sum of the zeroes is 2 and product is -3
quadratic polynomial=x to the power of 2-(sum of the 0)x +product of zeroes
so the answer is x to the power of 2- 2x+(-3)
