Answer:

Sum = 8/3

Product = 7

General form of an quadratic equation = ax^{2} + bx + c

       x^{2} - (Sum of the Zeroes)x + Product of the Zeroes

      x^{2}  -(8/3)x + 7

      x^{2} - \frac{8x}{3} + 7

       After Taking LCM

      3( \frac{ 3x^2 - 8x +21}{3})          ( We can divide or Multiply a polynomial with any number if required so to eliminate 3 from denominator we have done the same)

    Therefore,

                      3x^{2} - 8x + 21 is the required Quadratic Polynomial.
