\sf\huge\underline{Answer:}

Given zeroes of a polynomial are 3 and -3

sum of zeroes = 3 + (-3) = 0

product of zeroes = 3 × (-3) = -9

Required polynomial :

 {k}^{} [ {x}^{2} - ( \alpha +   \beta)x +  \alpha  \beta   ]

 {k}^{} [ {x}^{2}  - (0)x + ( - 9)]

 {k}[ {x}^{2} - 9 ]

Here, k might be any number. Let us consider k = 1

The final answer is  {x}^{2}  - 9
