$\alpha +\beta$=14 and $\alpha \beta$ =-1

we know that $\alpha +\beta$ = -b/a   and  $\alpha \beta$ = c/a

therefore -b/a=14 and c/a=-1

From this we get

a=1

b=-14

c=-1

polynomial is $x^{2}$-14x-1
