Answer: sum=14 and product=-1

\alpha +\beta=14 and \alpha \beta =-1

we know that \alpha +\beta = -b/a   and  \alpha \beta = c/a

therefore -b/a=14 and c/a=-1

From this we get

a=1

b=-14

c=-1

polynomial is x^{2}-14x-1
