For making a quadratic equation

k( {x}^{2} - s(x) + p) \\ \\ when \: k \: = 1 \\ \\ 1( {x}^{2} - 0x + ( - 12)) \\ \\ so \: ans \: is \: { {x}^{2} - x - 12}
