   \sf\frac{6 {x}^{2}  +x - 5 }{2x - 3}

  \sf =  \frac{6 {x}^{2} + x - 15 }{2x - 3}

 \big \sf =  \frac{(3x + 5)(2x - 3)}{2x - 3}

  \bf \red{= 3x + 5}

Answer is :3x+5.
