Find the quotient, if a divisor is thrice the quotient and twice the remainder and the remainder is 60

Ans : Let dividend be a , divisor be b , quotient be q and remainder be r

ATQ,
b = 3q
b= 2r => b = 2 × 60 = 120

b = 3q
120= 3q
=>>q = 40
