• X2+7x+10 divide by x+5

   =x2+7x+10

    =  x2+5x+2x+10

    =x(x+5)+2(x+5)

    =  (x+2)(x+5)

Therefore  

   x2+7x+10/ (x+5)

    = (x+2)(x+5)/(x+5)

    = x+2
