converting 30' into degree

30/60

=1/2°

=0.5°

adding -40°and 0.5°

-40°+0.5°

=-39.5°

Now converting- 39.5° into radian

we know

1°=22/7/180

then

-39.5°=-39.5*22/7/180

=(-869/1200)radian

=-0.69 radian
