Given :-

  • Circumference of circle = 132 cm

To Find :-

  • Radius of circle = ?
  • Area of circle = ?

Solution :-

➻ Circumference of circle = 2πr

➻ 132 = 2πr

➻ 132/2 = 22/7 × r

➻ 66 = 22/7 × r

➻ r = 66× 7/22

➻ r = 3 × 7

r = 21 cm

Therefore,Radius of circle is 21 cm.

→ Area of circle = πr²

→ Area of circle = 22/7 (21)²

→ Area of circle = 22/7 (441)

→ Area of circle = 22 × 63

→ Area of circle = 1386 cm²

Therefore,Area of circle is 1386 cm².
