area of the square =
144\pi {cm}^{2}
\pi {r  }^{2}  = 144\pi

 {r }^{2}  = 144

r = 144 \: cm

now
2\pi \: r = 2 \times 22 \div 7 \times 12 = 528 \div 7 = 75.42
