Circumference = 16π cm

Also, Circumference = 2πr

=> Circumference = 16π cm

=> 2πr = 16π

=> 2 × π × r = 16 × π

Cancelling π from both sides,

=> 2r = 16

=> r = 16/2

=> Radius = 8cm

Area of circle = πr²

Radius = 8cm

=> Area = πr²

=> Area = π × (8)²

=> Area = π × 64

=> Area = 64π

Step-by-step explanation:

given circumference , 2πr =16 π

r=16π/2π. r = 8

area of a circle = πr²= 64π. =201.06
