              Solution:

• We know that circumference of a circle is the distance around the outside of the circle.

             $\text { Circumference of a circle of radius }=2 \pi r\\\therefore 22=2 \pi \mathrm{r}\\\Rightarrow 22=2\times\frac{22}{7} \times r\\\Rightarrow \mathrm{r}=\frac{22}{2 \times \frac{22}{7} }\\\Rightarrow r=\frac{7}{2} \\\Rightarrow r=3.5\ m.$

     Hence we will get the radius of a circle is $3.5\ m.$
