 \underline \mathbb{SOLUTION}

 \underline \mathbb{WE\:KNOW}

circumference \: of \: the \: cirlcle = 2\pi \times r

 \underline \mathbb{ATQ}

 =  > 30.8 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r

 =  > 2 \times  \frac{22}{7 }  \times r = 30.8

 =  > r =  \frac{30.8 \times 7}{2 \times 22}

 =  > r =  \frac{308 \times 7}{2 \times 22 \times 10}

 \underline \mathbb{HENCE\:ON\:SOLVING}

r =  \frac{49}{10}

r = 4.9m

 \underline \mathbb{ANSWER(r)=4.9m}
