Find the radius of a circle whose circumference is equal to the sum of the circumference two circle of diameter 36 cm and 20cm

Answer:

Radius of circle =D/2

Radius of first circle R1= 36/2=18cm

Radius of second circle R2=20/2=10cm

ATQ

circumference of first circle + circumference of second circle = circumference new circle

2πR=2πR1+2πR2

2π(R)= 2π(R1+R2)

R = R1+R2

R= 18 + 10 =28 cm
