Distance=\sqrt{(x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2}

here,

x_1=-3\\x_2=3\\y_1=-4\\y_2=4

Diameter =\sqrt{(3-(-3))^2+(4-(-4))^2} \\Diameter=\sqrt{(3+3)^2+(4+4)^2} \\Diameter=\sqrt{6^2+8^2}\\Diameter=\sqrt{(6+8)^2}  \\Diameter=6+8\\Diameter=14

Radius=\frac{Diameter}{2}

Radius=\frac{14}{2}\\\\Radius=7

∴The radius of the circle is 7
