- Side of cube = 8cm.
To Find :-
- Radius of Largest sphere carved out of the cube .
Solution :-
Let ,
→ Each side of cube = a cm.
→ Radius of Sphere = r cm.
From image we can see that :-
→ 2r = a
→ r = a/2
So, , we can conclude That, Radius of Sphere is Half of side of cube.
→ Side of cube = 8cm.
→ Radius of sphere = (8/2) = 4cm.
Hence, Radius of Largest sphere carved out of the cube is 4cm..

→ Volume of the cube = (side)³
→ Volume of the sphere = (4/3) * π * (radius)³.
→ Total area of cube = 6 * (side)²
→ Total surface area of sphere = 4 * π * (radius)²
