Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

the circle in which a central angle of 30° intercepts an arc of length 37.4 cm

To find:-

Find the radius of the circle.

Solution:-

Length of the arc(l)=37.4 cm

angle (x)=30°

we know that

length of the arc(l)=(×2πr)/360°

=>37.4=(30°×2×22×r)/(7×360°)

=>37.4=11r/21

=>11r=37.4×21

=>r=37.4×21/11

=>r=3.4×21

=>71.4 cm

Answer:-

Radius of the given circle=71.4 cm
