308 =22/7 r²

r²=308 x 7/22

r²=98

r=√98

To find : radius of circle .  

Given : area of circle = 308\  cm^{2}  

Solution :

  • Let area of circle be r .
  • We know that , area of circle = \pi r^{2}
  • Now , substituting the value , we find radius .

          308 = 3.14 \times r^{2}  \\r^{2} = \frac{308}{3.14} \\  r^{2} = 98.08 \\r = 9.90\ cm

Hence , radius of circle is 9.90 \ cm.
