\pi \: r = c

 \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 18

r =  \frac{18 \times 7}{22}  = 5.72cm

Given : perimeter =18cm
Radius of a semicircle is r
The semicircle has a perimeter given by 2r+(pi)r

2r+(pi)r
=r(2+22/7)
=36r/7
the perimeter of the semicircle = 18 = 36r/7
=3.5 cm

Hence the radius = 3.5 cm
