Answer:

surface area=4πr²

154=4×22/7 r²

154×7/22×4=r²

77×7/11×4=r²

7×7/4=r²

49/4=r²

r=√49/4=7/2

Given :

  • Surface Area of Sphere is 154 cm² .

To Find :

  • Radius of Sphere .

Solution :

For Radius :

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Surface\:Area\:of\:Sphere=4\pi{{r}^{2}}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{154=4\times\dfrac{22}{7}\times{{r}^{2}}}

\longmapsto\tt{154\times{7}=88{r}^{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{1078=88{r}^{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{\cancel\dfrac{1078}{88}={r}^{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{\sqrt{12.25}=r}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{3.5=r}

So , The Radius of Sphere is 3.5 cm ...
