first by using height and velocity calculate sin theta of projectile

h=u²sin²theta/2g

4.9=29.4²sin²theta/2×10

sin²theta=0.113

theta=20

now,

R=u²sin2theta/g

R=29.4²×sin40/10

R=55.55m
