Here is your answer.....
The condition is that if the number comes as non zero the order is 2.[Refer Ex:-1.9]
If the resultant number comes as zero , then check if any one non zero element is present in given matrix , then the order becomes 1. [ Refer Ex:-1.10]

First of all ,
The 1st digit of a matrix should be 1 that is the 1st line and 1st row is equal 2 one :Either way .
Then we see that the first of a 1st row after zero
and the term of 2nd row
1st digit of 2nd row and third digit is zero besides 2nd digit ( 1 ).
Finally ,
1st and 2nd digit of 3rd row is zero besides 3rd digit ( 1 ).
We find conclusion that the diagonal elements determines the rank of a matrix.
We find the rank of a matrix wher the diagonal elements of a matrix is not equal 2 zero.
