Hi there !

_______________________

Let the radius of two circle be 2x and 3x respectively.

Now,

Circumference of a circle = 2πr

Circumference of first circle

= 2 × π × 2x

= 4 x x π

Circumference of second circle

= 2 × π × 3x

= 6 x x π

Ratio of Circumference of two circles ;

 \frac{4 \cancel{x }\times \cancel\pi}{6 \cancel{x} \times \cancel\pi} \\ \\ \frac{4}{6} = \frac{2}{3} = 2 : 3

Hence, ratio of their Circumferences is 2 : 3.
