Answer:

let the radius of 1st circle 2x

and 2nd circle 3x

circumference of 1st circle = 2πr

=2π× 2x

circumference of 2nd circle=2πr

=2π×3x

ratio= 2π×2x/ 2π× 3x

= 2x/3x
