Ratio at which x-axis and y-axis cuts the line segment is 5:11.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the ratio be m1 and m2.

Then x-axis equation will be y = 0

Section formula for point of intersection = (-2m1+5m2/m1+m2 , -3m1+6m2/m1+m2)

 -5m1 + 11m2 / m1+m2 passes through y = 0

So -5m1 + 11m2 / m1 + m2  = 0

   -5m1 + 11m2 = 0

    11m2 = 5m1

    m2/m1 = 5/11

So the ratio at which x-axis and y-axis cuts the line segment is 5:11.
