y = 0

= (m1x2+m2x1)/m1+m2 = 0  (cross multiply)

=  m1x2+m2x1 =0

= -9m1 + 3m2 = 0

= -9m1 = -3m2      

= m1/m2 = -3/(-9)

= m1:/m2 = 1/3

= m1 : m2 = 1:3
