let the ratio be m:n,  therefore ,  x = mx2 +nx1 / m+n  x = 2  2 = 3m -2n / m +n  2m +2n = 3m -2n  2n +2n = 3m -2m  4n = m  4/1 = m/n  ratio = 4:1  y = my2 + ny1 / m =n  y = 28 + 2/ 5  y = 30 / 5 =6
