1) Ratio of 3/5 and 15/25 is

$\frac{3/5}{15/25} = \frac{3/5}{3/5} = \frac{1}{1} =1:1$

2) 1ton = 1000kg
   14 tons = 14000kg
ratio of 5kg and 14 ton is

$\frac{5kg}{14000kg} = \frac{5}{5*2800} \frac{1}{2800} =1:2800$

1)$\frac{3}{5} \frac{15}{25}$$= \frac{3}{5} \frac{25}{15}$
3*25/5*15
=75/75
=1/1=1:1
2)1 ton=1000kg
then
5kg:14 ton
=5kg/14000kg
=1/2800
=1:2800
