we know,

1 litres = 1000 ml

2 litres = 2×1000 ml

=> 2000+50 ml

= 2050 ml...

Thus,

Ratio = 650/2050

=> first cut two zeros..

=>by cancelling with 5 we get, 13/41

therefore ratio = 13:41...
