H = u^2sin^2theta/2g R=u^2sin2theta/g. H/R =sin^2(45°)×g/sin90°×2g. H/R=1/4. R/H=4

There also a direct relation b/w range and height.
i.e., tan(theta) = 4H/R
Therefore, tan 45° = 4H/R
1 = 4H/R
or, R/H = 4/1
