p1= 60w and v1 = 220v

thus,

by the relation,

v²/r= p , r = v²/p= 220× 220/100= 484 ohm= r1

and

p2 = 60w and v2 = 220v

thus,

v²/r= p, r= v²/p = 220× 220/60= 4840/6 ohm = r2

comparing both,

r1/r2= 484/(4840/6)= 1× 6/10= 3: 5

or if you take the values as r1 and r2 in the other way,

we get the ratio, 5:3
