given,
p1= 60w and v1 = 220v
thus,
by the relation,
v²/r= p , r = v²/p= 220× 220/100= 484 ohm= r1
and
p2 = 60w and v2 = 220v
thus,
v²/r= p, r= v²/p = 220× 220/60= 4840/6 ohm = r2
comparing both,
r1/r2= 484/(4840/6)= 1× 6/10= 3: 5
or if you take the values as r1 and r2 in the other way,
we get the ratio, 5:3

Answer:
Resistance of lamp 1 (R1) = (220 * 220)/60
= 48400/60
= 2420/3 ohms
Resistance of lamp 2 (R2) = (220 * 220)/100
= 484 ohms
Ratio:
R1/R2 = 2420/3 * 484
= 5/3
Therefore the ratio is 5:3
