circumference of the circle = 2πr

circumference of the first circle = 2. 22/7 . 4x

circumference of the second circle= 2 .22/7. 5 x

the ratio of the circumference = circumference of first circle / circumference of second circle

= 2.22/7.4 x / 2.22/7.5x

=4x/ 5x

= 4/5

=4:5
