the price of the pencils per score =₹96
=> the price of each pencil =₹96/20=₹4.8
the price of ball pens per dozen =₹50.4
=> the price of each ball pen =₹50.4/12 =₹4.2
the required ratio =price of pencil/price of ball pen= ₹4.8/₹4.2=₹48/10 ÷ ₹42/10 = ₹48/10 × 10/₹42 =8:7

If a score of pencil cost = 96rs
A score =20 things
so 1 pencil will cost = 96/20
Similarly a dozen of ball pen costs 50.40rs
A dozen = 12 things
so 1 ball pen will cost =50.40/12
And we have find the ratio of a pencil to a ball pen
It will be =>
= 96/20:50.40/12
= 24/5:4.2/1
= 24:21
= 8:7

Thank you
