Step-by-step explanation:

Cost of potatoes = 20 per kg

Cost of tomatoes= 15 per 250 g

Therefore

Cost of 250g of tomatoes=15

Cost of 1000g of tomatoes =x (1kg= 1000g)

250/15=1000/x

x=1000*15/250\

x= 60

The ratio of the price of the potatoes to the price of tomatoes =20:60

=1:3
